Playing a Hunter in World of Warcraft is considered to be, for a lot of WOW players, the easy way for playing the game. As a Hunter you will be focused on making damage with your range weapon while sending your Hunter pet to fight face to face. This is at least the most common strategy for using Hunters in WOW.
But to level your WOW Hunter fast, and to power level it from 1 to 80 at the “speed of light” you need to know how to do it the right way. Mastering a WOW Hunter can be a irritating thing to do, you have a lot of pets to choose from, many have their own unique spells and powers. If you want to powerlevel your hunter you will need to experience and test them all.

What talents tree is best for leveling fast a Hunter on WOW?
Hunter is a pure Damage Per Second (DPS) class, and as a DPS WOW class all the talent trees of the Hunter are used to boost your damage output in some way or another.
Picking the Survival tree for a WOW Hunter will make your leveling more difficult. So even if this can be fun, for powerlevling your character will not be wise.
Beast Mastery talent tree can be a good choice for fast leveling yourself as you are going to use your pet as a Tank against the mobs in the WOW game while you stay back and use your range weapon. Beast Mastery talent tree will boosts your pet – giving it more attack power, stamina, armor and health, as well as making your pet put out more “aggro” so the mobs don’t start attacking you (This can make your down time go up as you will need to stop for HP.
But the Marksmanship talent tree is the best, in my opinion, for powerleveling a Hunter in WOW.
Using the Marksmanship talent tree will give you a high boost in your long range weapon damage making, taking your DPS to a new heights. Yes, you will need to be more careful, and yes you will need to be more trained but you will make more damage than your pet does and you will level a lot faster, taking down mobs in an unbelievable paced.

Well as far as the base stats go, Agility is your main focus stat. Stamina and Intellect are kind of incidental on Hunter gear once you get to Northrend; Stamina isn’t extremely useful overall but it still helps, and Intellect helps a bunch once you have Careful Aim. Before Northrend, Agility is just the major aim. For the other stats, Strength is the most useless, and Spirit doesn’t help much either, but it contributes just a tiny bit more than Strength does. (Keep in mind Attack and Crit rating are also handy for leveling but they don’t show up too much before Outland.)
Int is given a high value as it determines how often you have pull out Aspect of the Viper and therefore dropping your dps. More Int -> more Mana -> less time in Viper as its regeneration is based on a percentage of you max mana. Though you should never roll Need on pure Intstuff. Only when it comes with Agi or AP on Leather and has not SP on it, than its for you.
