Playing a Paladin in WOW can be a lot of fun because when you play a Paladin you can choose what part you want to take, and if you like you can always switch your role (by respect your WOW character) – all you will need is a new set of gear.

If you want to level your WOW Paladin as fast as you can going for the Holy talents tree will not be wise. Yes you can heal better and that gives you a better chances to survive a battle, as a Holy Paladin you will be more helpful when playing in a group, but most of your leveling is better be done solo and if you go Holy your leveling will be slow.
