How to start playing WOW on the right foot?

When you sign up for World of Warcraft you get tons of information guiding you through the game. At first glance you will be extremely overwhelmed and won’t know where to start. Also there is a lot of information that isn’t given to you directly and you will be missing out on very important information. However, I have a few World of Warcraft tips and secrets that will get you on your way to becoming the next level 80 World of Warcraft phenomenon.

What to do in WOW? A few tips and some secret to the game…

• You should level your character to level 10 before you do anything else! This will get your character to a decent position that will allow you to do more things. You do this by getting the first quests and from killing low level mobs.
• Once you reach level 10 you should pick your two professions. If you want to advance fast in WOW you need to take the gathering professions (Skinning, Mining or Herbalism).   
• Start focus on making some WOW gold while leveling up. This can be a little tricky – Use your professions to get some gold, then learn to use the Auction House.
• Once you make some gold on WOW you should buy large bags. The more room you have to hold items you find, the more gold you can make (by reselling them on the WOW Auction House!). 16 slots bags are what you are looking for.

What is WOW Auction House?

In WOW cities you will find the Auction House. In the Auction House you can trade all your items for gold (if you can find other player that is willing to buy it from you). If you are going to sell your items make sure you pick a reasonable price so that other WOW players will definitely buy your items. Remember, at first you want to sell as many items as possible as fast as you can, so you will make as much gold as you can!

So how do you get items to sell on the Auction House?

One very “successful” way to get items is from killing mobs. When you kill mobs in WOW you get a drop-down. You can then take the items and bring them to the Auction House, where you can sell them and make some gold. If you get an item you can’t sell on the WOW Auction House – you can sell it to a vendor.

What else you can use – the finale WOW secret

The final World of Warcraft secret is something many talks about but only few are using – get some Addons to the game.

WOW Addons can save you so much time at your learning stages and even after that. The most useful addon is Quest Helper which will show you where to go and what to kill in order to complete your quest saving you time and getting you money much quicker.
