How to make gold on WOW at low levels?

Making gold on WOW at low levels will be fairly easy if you choose the right professions to begin with. Leveling mining and herbalism are the two easiest ways of earning gold at low levels. Selling your gather ores and herbs at the Auction House is a good way to get a nice amount of gold as you level up in WOW.

These two professions could be quite useful and still prove to be gold makers even on higher levels. The other one is Skining but that one, although you can make even more gold with, can be harder for some players.

If you do use mining and herbalism WOW professions for making gold on WOW at low levels you can use the Gatherer addon which will track the locations of all ores and herbs you bump into while you play WOW, so you don’t have to remember where a vein or a herbs node are on the map.

WOW gold making – Mining Ores:

Copper ore – The Barrens for the Horde, Dun Morogh and Elwynn Forest for the Aliance.

Tin Ore – The Stonetalon Mountains and Thousand Needles for the Horde, eastern parts of the Redridge Mountains and Loch Modan for the Aliance.

Iron Ore and Gold Ore - Alterac Mountains for the Horde and Aliance. Other places like Ashenvale, Desolace, Stranglethorn Vale, Arathi Highliands and Badlands are also good areas to mine Iron and Gold.

Mithril Ore and Truesilver Ore - Thousand Needles (The Highperch) for the Horde and Aliance. Mithril ore can also be found at the Badlands (go to Lethlor Ravine).

Thorium Ore and Dark Iron Ore  – Burning Steppes and Searing Gorge for the Horde and Aliance as well.

WOW gold making – Gathering Herbs:

Peacebloom, Silverleaf and Earthroot – Durotar, Mulgore and Tirisfall Glades for the Horde, Elwynn Forest and Teldrassil for the Aliance.

Mageroyal – Westfall and the Barrens (those are good for Peacebloom, Silverleaf and Earthroot as well) for the Horde, while Westfall can be used for Aliance as well.

Bruiseweed – Stonetalon Mountains or Redridge Mountains for the Horde and Aliance.

Wild Steelbloom and Kingsblood – North part of Stonetalon for all, Duskwood is also rich in these two and can be very useful for the Aliance WOW players.

Fadeleaf -  Hinterlands, Badlands, Alterac Mountains or Arathi Highlands are all good.

Sungrass – Feralas is the place to go.

And you can go to the Swamp of Sorrows for many herbs including the Khadgar’s Whiskers!
