The world we live in is filled with different items: From spoons, to machine guns, from computers to a simple switch, we have it all. But, the World of Warcraft universe doesn’t fall in the variety and the variations of the items we have in the real world. This is truly amazing, especially when you take in to consider that WOW is just a game…
The World of Warcraft items are truly mind blowing in detail, and many are very appealing to the eye. Most WOW items have a limitation on the level you need to be to use them, and most of the World of Warcraft items are tradable, which allows the player to get them by trade or buy. Some WOW items can only be used if you have a special ability while others can only be used by the one that get them or by specific WOW class.
The first step to muster the trade of WOW items is to know the categories of all WOW items. Some of the categories of World of Warcraft items are:
- Weapons – Many of the World of Warcraft Items are weapons, and WOW weapons are one of the important WOW items you will have: Axes (One\Two-Handed), Bows, Guns, Maces (One\Two-Handed), Polearms, Swords (One\Two-Handed), Staves, Fist Weapons, Miscellaneous, Daggers, Thrown, Crossbows, Wands, even … Fishing Poles… All and more can be used as a weapon in WOW.
- Armor – The second most important WOW items are probably the Armors WOW items. Armor has class as well as type. WOW Armor classes are: Cloth, Leather, Mail and Plate. WOW Armor types are: Head, Neck (Necklaces), Shoulders, Back (Cloaks), Chest, Wrist, Hand, Waist, Legs, Feet, Finger (Rings), as well as Trinkets, Shields, Librams, Idols and Totems.
- Other items are considered to be Trade Goods WOW items. Trade Goods items are the best ways to make gold in WOW, you can sell them direct or by using the WOW Auction House. Many of the WOW items in this category are used or created by the WOW professions and are very useful in the game.
You can even say that the Trade Goods WOW items can be split in to some secondary items categories like:
- Mats: Metals [Ore or Bars], Stones, Herbs, Gems, Leather and many more…
- Consumables: Potions and Elixirs, scrolls, and some other items…
- Special Items: Like Darkmoon Cards, Enhancements WOW items, Items with charges, Recipes and Books
- Containers – Containers include many types of bags that are used to reserve all those WOW items…
There are also many items that don’t Seems to have any special use, and many really don’t, but some are very fun to have and there are a lot of items in this category that are very collectable.
As you can see, the World of Warcraft Items are truly amazing. While some help you fight, some make you gold, but all are magnificent. The World of Warcraft items are constantly updated and new patches come out weekly!
